This Notice sets out how Rudraksh Elite Group Pvt Ltd processes personal data in connection with this website, and the rights available to data principals.
1Scope and application
This Privacy Notice explains how Rudraksh Elite Group Pvt Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal data in connection with the website at rudraksh-elite-group.com (the “Website”).
It applies to visitors to the Website and to persons who submit an enquiry through it. It does not apply to personal data processed in the course of performing a contract, which is governed by the terms of that contract and by any separate data processing arrangements agreed between the parties.
The Company is the data fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in this Notice.

The Website collects personal data only where you choose to submit it through the enquiry form. There is no account registration, no user profile and no transactional facility on the Website.

3.2Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider records technical data in the ordinary course of serving the Website, including internet protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages and files requested. This data is processed for the legitimate purposes of delivering the Website, maintaining its security and diagnosing faults.
3.3Data we do not collect
The Website does not collect financial account details, payment card data, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, health data, or any other category of sensitive personal data. You are asked not to submit such data through the enquiry form.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use personal data for behavioural advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5Cookies and similar technologies
The Website sets no cookies of its own and requires none in order to function.
Analytics cookies are set only where you give consent through the notice presented on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no analytics data is transmitted. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data for the Website in your browser, after which the notice will be presented again.

7Cross-border transfer

Where such transfer occurs, it is limited to what is necessary for the relevant processor to perform its function, and is subject to the contractual terms on which that processor provides its service.
8Retention and erasure
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in clause 4, or for such longer period as is required by applicable law. Where personal data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
9Security
The Website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enquiry data is transmitted to our form processor over an encrypted channel. We apply reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of the personal data we hold, including access control and the use of established service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not warrant absolute security.
10Rights of data principals
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data relating to you, and a summary of that data and the processing;
- request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data, and completion or updating of incomplete data;
- request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
- withdraw a consent previously given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- have a grievance addressed in accordance with clause 14.
Requests should be addressed to the contact given in clause 14 and will be acted upon within a reasonable period. We may require information sufficient to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11Children
The Website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. Where we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted.
12Third-party links
The Website contains links to third-party services, including messaging and mapping services. We do not control those services and this Notice does not apply to them. You should review the privacy terms of any third-party service before using it.
13Amendments
We may amend this Notice from time to time. The version and effective date shown above indicate when it was last revised. Where an amendment is material, the revised Notice will be published on this page before it takes effect.
