Grade, sizing and packing are confirmed against your written specification for each enquiry. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what we can source.

What we handle

Our scope, stated plainly

Global sourcing

Identifying and vetting reliable mine operators for consistent quality, and purchasing directly rather than through layered intermediaries.

Quality assurance

Rigorous inspection and testing to ensure materials meet your exact specifications, with samples available for your own approval.

Packing & dispatch

Material packed as agreed and dispatched from the mine or stockyard. Customs clearance, port operations and shipping documentation are handled by your own forwarder or agent.

How we work

From enquiry to dispatch

Five steps, run the same way every time.

01

Enquiry & specification

You share the material, grade, sizing, quantity and packing you need. We confirm what we can source and flag anything that will affect price or lead time.

02

Mine sourcing & verification

We match the requirement to a qualified mine, purchasing directly, and verify current production and grade against your specification.

03

Inspection & testing

Material is inspected and tested to ensure it meets your exact specifications. Samples can be provided for your own approval before dispatch.

04

Offer & confirmation

A firm offer covering material, quantity, packing and payment terms, confirmed in writing before we proceed.

05

Packing & dispatch

Material is packed as agreed and dispatched from the mine or stockyard. From that point your freight forwarder or clearing agent takes over — we do not handle customs or port operations ourselves.
